Psychologist, Mindfulness Trainer, ACT Therapist
Susan has years of experience with yoga and meditation. She helps her clients in a holistic way to achieve more than just symptom reduction. For twelve years she has experience as a psychologist and is trained as an ACT therapist. In ACT, besides mindfulness, looking at the “quality” of your life is central. She also uses techniques from MBSR and MBCT, schema therapy, self-compassion (MBCL), CBT, and coaching. Besides being a psychologist, Susan is also a mindfulness trainer, reiki master, and yoga teacher. She works from Spain.
